Darwin Realty & Development Corporation has completed the recent sale of a 217,917-square-foot industrial building at 1301 Ridgeview Drive in McHenry to Stack-On Products.
For the past 42 years, Stack-On has grown and expanded its offering from metal tool boxes to supply a wide and diverse line of products. Stack-On’s products provide storage solutions for hardware, security, sporting goods and crafts.
With its continued growth, Stack-On Products has purchased the 1301 Ridgeview Drive building in McHenry to utilize as a distribution facility.
Rick Daly, president of Darwin Realty & Development Corporation, represented the purchaser, Stack-On Products, and Entre Commercial Realty LLC represented the seller in the transaction.
