Sturges Property Group starts year off strong in Fort Wayne market

Sturges Property Group recently completed several transactions in Fort Wayne, Indiana, representing both the landlords and tenants in the deals.

John Caffray of Sturges Property Group recently represented the landlord, DiSalle Boulevard Partnership, along with tenants NOX Racing, Reclaimed Barn Supply and Skyhigh Graphics in the new leases of industrial spaces at 7616 DiSalle Blvd. in Fort Wayne.

Caffray also represented landlord DiSalle Boulevard Partnership and tenant Schindler Elevator Corporation in the renewal of a lease of 2,150 square feet of industrial space at 7616 DiSalle Blvd. in Fort Wayne.

Neal Bowman and Philip Hagee, both of Sturges Property Group, recently represented the landlord, Keystone Realty, and the tenant, Cherokee Building Materials, in the renewal of a lease of 12,000 square feet of industrial space at 5420 and 5416 Keystone Drive in Fort Wayne.

Caffray recently represented the seller, Duncan Supply Company, Inc., and the buyer, Peakway Investment Group, LLC, in the sale of a 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 6821 Metro Park Drive in Fort Wayne.

Caffray, Andrew Eckert and Robert Doyle, all of Sturges Property Group, recently represented landlord Maplewood Plaza, while Eckert also represented tenant Willies Family Restaurant, in the new lease of 3,027 square feet of retail space at 5978 Stellhorn Road in Fort Wayne.
