A 142,000-square-foot industrial building at 7409 S. Quincy Street in Willowbrook, Illinois sold for $7,100,000. Paul Cawthon and Angelo Labriola of The Cawthon-Labriola Group of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
“There was extensive interest from developers as well as owner/users. The building is situated on 12 acres, which included a 4.89-acre land site for future development or expansion,” Cawthon said. “The site’s DuPage County location and proximity to Chicago along with almost immediate access to I-55 and I-294 made this a desirable location.”
The existing tenant had a lease through December 31st, 2020; however, they were able to successfully vacate prior to the closing.
