Australia-based Coates Group leased 13,705 square feet at 112 N. May Street in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Chad Schroedl, Drew Dillon, and Scott Maesel of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the landlord in the lease. Ari Topper and Andrew Magliochetti of Jameson Sotheby’s International represented the tenant.
“We’re pleased to welcome this stellar international company to their new West Loop office,” said Schroedl.
Coates Group is a purveyor of CMS software and digital kiosks and signage systems. Their new space puts them two blocks away from the future headquarters of one of their biggest clients, McDonald’s Corporation.
