The Barry Company has sold the former Perkins Restaurant & Bakery at 2010 W. Ryan Road in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, to a private owner from out of state.
Nick Zurich from Barry Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the transaction.
The new owner plans on opening a diner-style restaurant in the coming months.
