Advance Auto Parts signed a lease in October for a new location on West Stadium Boulevard in the 11,000-square-foot freestanding building that was formerly home to Great Lakes Cycle and Fitness in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
This will be Advance Auto’s second Ann Arbor location.
Tjader Gerdom and Larry Siedell of Gerdom Realty & Investment represented the tenant in the transaction. The new location is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2015.
