The Dickman Company, Inc./CORFAC International recently closed the sale of two industrial buildings totaling 105,000 square feet of space located at 3745-3775 N. Richards St. in Milwaukee.
3745-75 Richards Industrial LLC purchased the buildings from Johnson Bros. Beverages, Inc.
The brokers involved in this transaction were Samuel M. Dickman, Jr. and Samuel D. Dickman.
