The Habitat Company, a leading property manager and developer, has assumed management responsibilities for McClurg Court Center in Chicago and Coventry Glen apartments in Round Lake, Illinois. With the addition of the McClurg Court and Coventry Glen communities, Habitat’s total units under management will expand to include 21,000 total units.
McClurg Court (333. E. Ontario St.) includes 45-story twin towers with 1,061 apartments, as well as commercial space on the first level of the building in the Streeterville neighborhood. Coventry Glen (1399 Coventry Glen Drive in Round Lake) is a community with 280 apartments in the northwest suburbs – a new submarket for Habitat.
