Lexington Square Apartments, a 176-unit apartment community in Elkhart, Indiana, has sold to Lexington Square, LLC for an undisclosed price.
Built in two phases between 1975 and 1989, the property consists of 17 apartment buildings and a separate office/clubhouse building. The property is situated on 9.31-plus acres and offers a nice amenity package including laundry facilities, swimming pool, playground, fitness center and a newly-renovated clubhouse and office.
Michael Wernke, senior vice president of RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate, arranged the sale. The seller was VCP Lexington Square, LLC.
The property will be managed by Equity Property Management out of Merrillville, Indiana.
