Tikijian Associates sold Arbor Manor apartments, a 108-unit apartment community in Mooresville, Ind., a suburban community about 15 minutes south of Indianapolis.
Tikijian Associates represented the seller in the transaction.
Neff Rentals was the seller. Neff had acquired Arbor Manor in 2006 and completed a rehab immediately following acquisition. The buyer was JAWCO, an investment group based in Minneapolis. The buy was the company’s first in Indiana.
