Two executives with Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group were honored during the 2018 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
Michael Kalil, director of brokerage and chief operating officer, won the bronze Sales Director of the Year award. Christina Dibartolomeo, vice president of client relations, was awarded the bronze Front-Line Customer Service Professional of the Year award.
During Kalil’s past 20-plus years as part of the Farbman Group team, he has been a stabilizing force through fluctuations of rapid growth and recession and led the firm’s adoption of the latest digital tools to keep the firm relevant and innovative. Stevie Award judges were impressed with Kalil’s focus on staff development and coaching, and his dedication to ensuring his team members achieved their goals and improved their skills.
Dibartolomeo leads Farbman’s Client Relations department. Under her initiatives, the firm was able to track a large improvement in client happiness from the start to the end of the year. Dibartolomeo’s proactivity in improving client experiences resonated with the Stevie Award judges along with her focus on detail and follow up.
