Two new anchors have signed on at the Greenwood Point Retail Center in Greenwood, Ind. These moves fill the space left behind when consumer-electronics retailer Circuit City vacated the retail center managed by the Broadbent Company.
The Tile Shop has signed an 18,804-square-foot lease, while Today’s Furniture and Mattress signed a 9,418-square-foot lease, splitting the former Circuit City space. These two leases bring Greenwood Point to 100 percent occupancy.
The Tile Shop has more than 60 stores across the United States. The Greenwood Point location will be a new store, the company’s second in the Indianapolis area.
Today’s Furniture and Mattress is a local family-owned business. The company is relocating to Greenwood Point from its current location on S.R. 135 in Greenwood.
Both tenants plan to open in early 2012.
