Kathie Tratebas has joined the Valparaiso, Ind., office of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT as a commercial associate.
Tratebas brings more than 11 years of licensed real estate sales and marketing experience to her new position. She began her career in residential development, earning Rookie of the Year during her first year.
