Todd Lillibridge, one of the biggest names in Minnesota’s commercial healthcare and medical properties sector, will be the keynote speaker at Minnesota Real Estate Journal’s upcoming Healthcare & Medical Properties Conference.

The conference, featuring the most important players in the state’s commercial healthcare development and management industries, will be held March 27 at the Golden Valley Country Club in Golden Valley, Minn.

Lillibridge, president and chief executive officer of Lillibridge Healthcare Services and executive vice president of medical property operations for Ventas, will discuss the state of the healthcare industry across Minnesota. Lillibridge certainly knows the market; Lillibridge boasts experience in general management, property investments, debt and equity financing and property operations.

Other key speakers at the conference include Raymond Piirainen from Fairview Health Systems; Duane Spiegle, Park Nicollet; Rich Schreiner, United Hospital; Chris Dolan, Fredrikson & Byron; Steven Brown, Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq; Ryan Johnson, North Memorial Health Care; Robert Jossart, RJM Construction; Bob Riesselman, COS; Dan Rectenwald, HGA; Mark Davis, The Davis Group; Louis Suarez, Colliers International; Mark Nordland, Nordland Partners; Alanna Carter, RSP Architects; and Mike Williams, EnergyPrint.

Panels include a look at the best ways for developers to save on healthcare construction; tips for developing, investing and leasing healthcare facilities; a look at the area’s present and future healthcare needs; and a state-of-the-industry report from John Mugford from Healthcare Insights.

“This is an opportunity for any real estate professional or developer who works in commercial healthcare construction, leasing or sales,” said Jeff Johnson, publisher of Minnesota Real Estate Journal. “The information they can gain at this conference can prove invaluable as they make their way through today’s market.”

The conference begins at 7:15 a.m. with registration. The program itself runs from 7:55 a.m. through noon. A hot breakfast is included.

The cost of the conference is $99.
