Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VII, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 51,820-square-foot industrial building at 4114 Peoria Street in Chicago, Illinois.

The single-tenant property was 100% leased at closing.

Situated within the Stockyards Industrial Park, the building benefits from its position in Chicago’s most established industrial corridor, home to over 12.9 million square feet of industrial product spanning a mix of distribution and manufacturing facilities. It is located with direct access to I-90/94 and I-55, two miles from Downtown Chicago, and offers efficient connectivity throughout the broader Chicago MSA.

The building was constructed in 1969 and sits on 1.58-acres of land. It features three docks and parking for over 45 cars.

Zeke Rowan, Adam Haefner, Nick Fazio and Marty Mikaitis of Avison Young represented the seller.
