Joe Orscheln, vice president with CBRE’s Kansas City industrial group, was recently awarded the SIOR designation and elected to the Kansas City CCIM Board.
Orscheln specializes in industrial acquisitions, dispositions and lease structuring for tenants and landlords. He is also a member of CBRE’s life science group, providing commercial real estate soluions for the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device and related industries.
