The single-tenant facility is situated on 1.6 acres at 1300 Morse Ave. in Elk Grove Village. It features a hazmat room and rail service from the Chicago Terminal Railroad. Other amenities include 22-foot clear ceilings, six exterior docks with levelers and a drive-in door.
Steven Podolsky, principal at Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International, represented Wurth Baer Supply Company in the transaction. Podolsky has completed more than 35 transactions in more than a dozen states with them over a 20-year period.
Wurth Baer Supply Company, based in Vernon Hills, is a wholesale distributor to the woodworking and cabinet making industry, offering an extensive inventory of decorative and functional hardware, fittings, tools, shop supplies, surfacing materials and board and panel products. The company is owned by the Würth Group in Künzelsau, Germany.
The landlord, Colony Realty Partners, was represented by Matthew Stauber, Thomas Rodeno and Jonathan Kohn of Colliers Inc.
