Krusinski Construction Company will build a speculative warehouse facility for its repeat client IAC in Louisville, Kentucky.
The design-build project features space for two future offices, each about 4,000 square feet.
The facility, which will sit on a 12-acre lot, also includes 165 car parking stalls, 35 trailer parking stalls, 25 loading docks and two drive-in doors with 32-foot clear height. The building will have space for 10 future docks.
The total square footage of the warehouse will be 220,000 square feet. Harris Architects is the architect, while Land Design & Development, Inc. is the civil engineer.
