Newmark closed the 340,623-square-foot lease of a recently completed industrial property on behalf of Thrive Foods, a manufacturer of freeze-dried products, at 9141 S. 13th St. in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
Newmark Managing Director Stephen Provancher represented the tenant, Thrive Foods, in its lease of the build-to-suit manufacturing plant.
The new industrial building features LED lighting, 40 loading docks and 50 trailer parking stalls. The property is close to Highway 100 and the I-94 interchange and six miles to Milwaukee International Airport. Once fully operational, the new facility is expected to employ more than 250 people.
