Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Cumberland Crossing, a 94,366-square-foot Walmart shadow-anchored shopping center in Monticello, Kentucky, for $5.85 million.

Marcus & Millichap’s Zach Taylor and Eric Abbott represented the seller in the transaction, in association with Grant Fitzgerald, the firm’s broker of record in Kentucky.

Located at 133–255 Cumberland Crossing, the center sits on 16.13 acres and is shadow-anchored by a Walmart Supercenter that has operated at the site since 2001. Currently 86% occupied, it includes 15 tenants such as Marshalls, Five Below, Farmers Home Furniture, Dollar Tree and Great Clips. The property benefits from a strong regional draw, with over 2.7 million annual visits, and is located minutes from Lake Cumberland, a major recreational destination.
