Stream Realty Partners added industry veterans Chris Oliver, David Guion, and Trey Strake as Vice Chairmen in its Houston office, along with Albert Spiers, who joins as Vice President.

The team brings more than 90 years of combined experience advising major corporate office users across Houston and beyond, and will work alongside Lucian Bukowski, Managing Director & Vice Chairman, as part of Stream’s expanding tenant representation platform. Their addition reflects Stream’s continued investment in its Houston office and ongoing momentum in attracting top-tier talent nationwide.
Prior to joining Stream, the team held senior leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield, where they consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers locally and nationally.
The team’s track record is further distinguished by industry recognition, including a combined seven NAIOP Deal of the Year awards and three Broker of the Year honors among Bukowski, Strake, and Oliver. These accolades reflect a consistent ability to execute at the highest level on some of the market’s most complex and high-profile transactions.
The team will work closely with Stream’s Houston leadership to expand tenant representation services, leveraging the firm’s integrated national platform to deliver strategic solutions for corporate occupiers.
