Autism Centers of Michigan opened a second location, this one at 1545 68th St. SE in Kentwood, Michigan. Colliers International|West Michigan facilitated the deal.
The 3,915-square-foot Kentwood location recently completed renovations to add space to serve different age groups and ensure safety. ACM has 10 locations across the state and opened its first West Michigan location a year ago at 1000 E. Paris Ave. SE in Grand Rapids.
“Autism Centers of Michigan has been expanding rapidly and this new space will allow them to help more West Michigan families,” said Jason Webb, the Colliers associate vice president who handled leasing for ACM. “This building is a great fit for Autism Centers of Michigan because it’s accessible and occupies the same building as other health care providers. We look forward to seeing Autism Centers of Michigan grow in this space.”
ACM is Michigan’s leading provider of intensive, evidence-based applied behavior analysis treatment for children with autism spectrum and related disorders.
