Newmark Group recently closed the acquisition MLG Commercial, LLC, a commercial real estate company offering brokerage and property management services in Wisconsin.
Newmark Group has been active in making strategic acquisitions, having completed 16 since the beginning of 2017.
MLG Commercial, founded in 1987, has two offices, one in Madison, Wisconsin, and one in Milwaukee. Before the transaction, Barry Chavin, Jack Jacobson, John Malloy, Stephen Provancher, Brian Vanevenhoven and Bruce Westling were owners of MLG.
