Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 14,939-square-foot retail property at 1504 Paul Bunyan Drive NW in Bemidji, Minnesota.
Tenants at the center include Verizon Wireless and Family Dollar. The property sold for more than $1.9 million.
Dominic Sulo, Brett Winger and Chad Lieber, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the listing to market the property on behalf of a private investor. The buyer, also a private investor, was secured and represented, too, by Sulo, Winger and Lieber. Matthew Hazelton assisted in closing this transaction as the broker of record in Minnesota.
