The Cooper Commercial Investment Group closed the sale of the single-tenant Goodwill store in Dublin, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus.
This location had earlier been renovated to accommodate Godowill, which picked hte location specifically for its relocation and expansion in the Dublin market. The store is 22,000 square feet.
Dan Cooper, president of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group from Columbus.
The buyer purchased the property for $4.4 million, a 6.5 percent CAP rate and nearly 99 percent of the store’s list price.
