Ann Arbor, Mich.-based McKinley recently added three new communities totaling 950 units to its residential client services management portfolio.
The three communities are Royal Isles in Orlando, FLa.; 312 Riverside in Marshall, Mich., and Residences at Bexley Woods in Columbus, Ohio.
Two of the three management assignments are new clients for McKinley, while the third comes as a result of a long-term existing relationship. McKinley management teams are already in place in the communities and have started implementation of long term value creation strategies.
