Dan Trebil, senior vice president/managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Minneapolis-based office finalized the $15.75 million refinance of BLN Office Park I & II, a 336,294-square-foot property in Bloomington, Minn.
The non-recourse bridge loan was arranged by NorthMarq for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
