Rick Oster has joined the Bemidji, Minnesota, office of Kraus-Anderson Construction Company as project superintendent.
Before joining Kraus-Anderson, Oster worked as a construction superintendent for St. Cloud, Minnesota-based Donlar Construction, where he managed construction projects in the education, retail and medical sectors.
