Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty represented Motor City Co-Op Credit Union in the purchase of the 5,435-square-foot former Big Jacks BBQ Restaurant on Gratiot Avenue in Roseville, Michigan.
This will be the fifth location for Motor City Co-Op.
Motor City Co-op started in Detroit in 1948 and has 5,000 shared locations and more than 30,000 shared ATMs.
Steve Goren of Armada Real Estate represented the seller in the deal.
