Chiquita Fresh North America, L.L.C., the leading distributor of bananas in the United States, has completed a lease at 14407 South Gougar Road within Heritage Crossing in Lockport, Illinois.
Situated directly at the I-355 and 143rd Street interchange, this is now ML Realty Partners’ eighth industrial tenant to lease space at Heritage Crossing since the park’s inception. Upon completion, the 228-acre business park will consist of 12 buildings varying in sizes from 60,000 square feet to 512,265 square feet.
Represented by Michael Connor of JLL, Chiquita has leased 35,039 square feet in the building. Dan Leahy, Mark Moran, and John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman represented ML Realty Partners in the transaction.
