The Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently closed the sale of Corners and Village at the Cascades of Brimfield, a pair of shopping centers in Brimfield/Kent, Ohio.
The centers are shadow-anchored by a Walmart Supercenter, Kohl’s and Lowe’s. Corners and Village centers include tenants such as marhsall’s, PetCo, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Dollar Tree and Dairy Queen.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of the Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group from Ohio. The buyer, a private investment group out of New York, bought the property for $15.8 million.
