Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of two apartment buildings in the Lakeview neighborhood on Chicago’s North Side.
The property located at 1456 W. Addison Street included a 10-unit apartment building which sold for $2,075,000 or $207,500 per unit. Bill Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
The property located at 2940 N. Racine Avenue included a seven-unit apartment building which sold for $1,325,000 or $189,286 per unit. Bill Cassin and Jack Cassin of AIA were the brokers involved in the transaction.
AIA recently brought another 14-unit building to market in the Lakeview neighborhood, located at 3920 N. Broadway Street, with an asking price of $2,450,000 or $175,000 per unit.
