Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently sold several apartment buildings in the South Shore, Washington Park and Auburn Gresham neighborhoods on the South Side of Chicago.
AIA sold a 29-unit apartment building located at 8301 S. Green Street in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood for $1,305,000 and $45,000 per unit. Jack Cassin of AIA was the sole broker involved in the sale. Cassin was also the sole broker involved in the sale of a nine-unit apartment building located at 7843 S. Morgan Street in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood for $539,000 and $59,889 per unit.
A six-unit apartment building located at 6812 S. Merrill Avenue sold in the South Shore neighborhood for $500,000 and $83,333 per unit. Cassin and Mike Lindblad were the brokers involved in the sale. Lindblad was the sole broker involved in the sale of a six-unit apartment building located at 6201 S. Michigan Avenue in the Washington Park neighborhood for $405,000 and $67,500 per unit.
