Akron, Ohio-based SVN|Summit Commercial Real Estate Group has hired Tom Fox as a senior associate advisor. Fox joins SVN with an extensive back-ground of 35-plus years’ experience in industrial sales and leasing.
Fox joins SVN Summit Commercial Real Estate Group from NAI Pleasant Valley. Prior to that, Fox was president of NAI Cummins Real Estate from 2011 to 2018.
Fox is a graduate of Kent State University. He has been a member of the Akron Rotary Club for 29 years and enjoys seeing the Rotary camp at Rex Lake service special needs children from NE Ohio. Tom lives in Akron with his wife and is the father of two children and one grandchild.
