American House Senior Living Communities and Winterpast Capital Partners jointly acquired St. Anthony’s Senior Living, a 192-unit senior living community in Kansas City, Missouri.
The campus features a distinctive continuum-of-care model, including a dedicated Independent Living tower and a separate Assisted Living and Memory Care building, allowing residents to enjoy an engaging lifestyle while also accessing additional support as their needs evolve.
St. Anthony’s is complemented by restaurant-style dining, wellness amenities, robust social programming and more than 40 weekly activities that all contribute to a vibrant, service-enriched lifestyle designed to support independence, wellness and connection.
The acquisition strengthens American House’s presence in the Kansas City market, where St. Anthony’s becomes the company’s second community in the metropolitan area and fourth in Missouri, and represents Winterpast Capital Partners’ latest investment in the senior housing sector. The addition advances American House’s strategy of expanding in attractive markets with strong demographic fundamentals and growing demand for high-quality senior living options.
Going forward, American House will operate and manage St. Anthony’s and, together with Winterpast Capital Partners, serve as an investment partner in the community.
