Apartment Investment Advisers (AIA) recently closed the sale of a three-building, 55-unit apartment portfolio on the South Side of Chicago. The assets, all located in the city’s in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood, sold for $1,980,000.
The properties are located at 7800 S. Sangamon Street, 7546 S. Carpenter Street and 8054 S. Marshfield Avenue. Jack Cassin, managing broker of AIA, was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
