Big-D Midwest Construction, along with At Home Apartments and Collage Architects, recently broke ground on The Reserve at Mendota Village, the second phase of a multi-family project located in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
This marks the eighth multi-family project that Big-D Midwest has collaborated on with At Home Apartments and Collage Architects.
Slated to be completed in the summer of 2023, the project consists of a 58-unit apartment building. The Reserve at Mendota Village will offer a variety of floor plans including one- and two-bedroom units, as well as single bedroom units with a den.
The four-story building will include a community room, roof-top deck, virtual gaming simulator, fitness center, and yoga studio. Residents of the new phase will also have access to the amenities in the first phase, which include an outdoor pool with terrace, wine bar and lounge, and sky lounge and deck.
