The Byers/Miller team of commercial real estate agents recently joined Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based GLD Commercial. The members of this team, all of whom previously wokred with NAI Iowa Realty, are Scott Byers, Van Miller, Craig Byers and Amanda Proper.
Byers has a client list that includes such big names as Wells Fargo, Hy-Vee Foods, Verizon, Goodyear Tire and Rockwell Collins. He brings more than 35 years of commercial brokerage experience to GLD Commercial.
Miller has served as a licensed real estate broker for more than 20 years, assisting clients such as Nordstrom, Advance Auto, Ryan Companies and others. He has brokered transactions totaling more than $20 million during his career.
Byers has experience in the development and construction of retail centers, most recently with Crossroads Commons in Waterloo, Iowa. He currently serves as vice president of construction for Stoney Point Heights, the developer of a 180-unit apartment complex in Cedar Rapids.
Proper, the team’s property marketing specialist, has been a licensed commercial Realtor since 2005. She graduated Cum Laude from Columbus State University.
