Clear Height Properties has completed 40 new and renewal leases totaling 213,000 square feet in the Q2 of 2022 and has completed 66 leases totaling 300,000 square feet year to date.

Significant transactions in the Q2 of 2022 included:
- Strange Engineering, an auto parts manufacturer, has leased 40,000 square feet at 8220 Austin in Morton Grove.
- Schubert Environmental, an air cleaning parts manufacturer and a Japanese manufacturing company have leased a total of 22,000 square feet at 2000 Bloomingdale in Glendale Heights.
- Yorke Printe Shoppe, a commercial printing company, leased 12,000 square feet at 1775 Cortland in Addison.
- Merx Global Logistics, an asset-based transportation company, has leased 9,000 square feet at 1400 Elmhurst in Elk Grove Village.
