Marty Norkett, Larry Widmayer and Kate Wolf from Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT have announced the sale of the 41,000-square-foot Cos Building at 2500 Ridge in Evanston for $5.7 million. Colliers International represented the buyer, NorthShore University Health Systems, and Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the seller, COS III.
The building will be used for medical-office purposes and is directly adjacent to other medical buildings owned by NorthShore University Health Systems.
