Darwin Realty arranged the sale of a 160,000-square-foot warehouse facility located at 950 S. 25th Avenue in Bellwood, Illinois.
Darwin’s Jeffrey Provenza, vice president, and George Cibula, managing broker, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
Darwin represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction which was sold to U-Haul/AMERICO Real Estate Company for use as a truck rental and self-storage facility.
The building features 11,500 square feet of office space, 5,000 square feet of cooler space, 14 exterior docks and two interior docks. The new owner will take occupancy of the building in October.
