Darwin Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of 29 acres of land in Aurora Illinois.
Panattoni Development purchased the property and will be breaking ground this month (April 2022) for the development of a 356,462-square-foot distribution facility. The new building will feature 36-foot clear ceilings, 34 loading docks, 139 trailer positions and 290 car parking spaces. Located on Sullivan Road, the development provides industrial users with immediate access to I-88 via the full interchange at Orchard Road. Panattoni will break ground in the spring and deliver the building in the third or fourth quarter of 2022.
Darwin Vice President Nick Krejci, and Principal Noel S. Liston represented Panattoni in the purchase of the 29-acre site. Darwin has been retained to market this property for Panattoni and Krejci, Liston, and Darwin Vice President Brendan J. Sheahan will lead the leasing efforts.
