Peter Jankowski, vice president of brokerage services at Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, recently arranged the sale of an 85,539-square-foot office building at 440 East Congress in Detroit.
The seller, 440 Congress LLC, sold the building to 311 Associates, LLC.
