Lou Suski and John Chirhart with Gaughan Companies/CORFAC International represented Metropolitan Hardwood Floors in a 16,063-square-foot distribution facility lease in Eagan, Minn., a suburb of the Twin Cities.
Brian Bruininks with The Andover Co./CORFAC International in Seattle referred the deal to Suski and Chirhart. This marks the 15th deal that Bruininks has closed with Metropolitan Hardwood Floors, deals that have totaled about 340,000 square feet.
In Eagan, Metropolitan Hardwood leased space in the Flagship Business Campus II at 915 Blue Gentian Road, Suite 600.
