Michael Murphy of Gerdom Realty and Investment team represented landlord Beztak Properties in leasing of the 6,194-square-foot restaurant end cap and the 3,581-square-foot retail end cap at Sugar Tree Square in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
Both leases were closed within the same week.
Sugar Tree Square is located on Orchard Lake Road, just north of West Maple Road. There is now only one space available at the center.
