Henkle Schueler & Associates/CORFAC International and Bunnell Hill Construction/Development recently received the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky NAIOP Chapter award for Industrial Deal of the Year at the organization’s annual recognition event.
The award honors the companies’ efforts to bring the new FedEx ground sort facility project to the Lebanon Commerce Center in Lebanon, Ohio.
Henkle Schueler/CORFAC International negotiated a multi-parcel assembly for Bunnell Hill Development consisting of 28.46 acres. Bunnell Hill Construction broke ground in June on the 178,000-square-foot facility for FedEx. The facility is expected to be complete in March of next year.
The project will bring 28 full-time and 92 part-time jobs to the city of Lebanon.
