IDI Gazeley, a leading global investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, announced that Tom George was recently appointed to Regional Director for the newly formed Midwest Region, which serves markets including Chicago, Memphis, Nashville, Salt Lake City, and Toronto. He will lead all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development. He will be based in the company’s Chicago office.
The Midwest Region includes an operating portfolio of more than seven million square feet, and buildable space of six million square feet. The region currently has 1.3 million square feet under development.
