Indianapolis’ Birge & Held was recently named 2018 Property Management Company of the Year during the Midwest Multifamily Conference. This is the second time Birge & Held has won this honor. The firm previously won the award in 2016.
The Midwest Multifamily Conference attracts thousands of multifamily real estate experts from across the region.

In addition to Property Management Company of the Year, the firm was also awarded Best Renovation Project for Lakeshore Apartments and Best Floor Plan 801-1100 Square Feet, 11+ Years in Age, also for Lakeshore Apartments.
