Leopardo recently completed a 44,000-square-foot headquarters build-out for Intelligent Medical Objects located at 9600 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue in Rosemont, Illinois and a 10,000-square-foot build-out at 30 W. Monroe Street in Chicago. Partners by Design provided interior design services on both projects.
The new Rosemont office features private offices, open workstations, interior function space, multiple conference and huddle rooms, along with open teaming areas. Customized details such as a wellness room, private phone booths and a coffee bar were included to make the employees feel at home.
The Chicago office build-out in the historic Inland Steel building included the disassembly and reinstallation of an existing landmark ceiling system and the utilization of the existing floor cell system for electrical and data systems. Storefront system conference room fronts, clerestory glass and custom wood millwork screens were among the additional unique features of the project.
