Former Premier Partners brokers Chris Wilkins, Jeff Heuer and Tom Carroll have joined the Davenport, Iowa, office of NAI Ruhl Commercial Company.
Wilkins is known as a leading retail, investment and industrial specialist. Heuer brings experience in commercial land, development and retail sales to his new position. Carroll, with more than 33 years in the industry, specializes in investments, industrial properties and property management.
